WHAT DO EAT?

During the festivity in Metepec, 
people use to give and share  typical food with local mole, tacos, enchiladas, etc., To a variety of world cuisine.
Groups of people in charge of the organization called "quadrillas" deliver "gorditas" made of corn, they also give a kind of cookie shaped that is named tlascales.
